300 Series Check Valves

PRECISION INSTRUMENTATION

Product Overview

Our 300 Series Check Valves are built to prevent reverse flow reliably across process and instrumentation lines operating within their designated pressure class. Like every check valve in our range, the mechanism is self-actuating no manual operation, no external control signal, just a closing element that responds automatically to flow direction and pressure differential. What defines this specific series is the combination of pressure rating, seat material, and construction suited to consistent performance within its intended service range.

Each valve is machined to tight tolerance, assembled carefully, and individually pressure-tested before dispatch, in line with the same quality standard applied across our entire product range.

MECHANISM & CONTROL

Working Principle

The 300 Series works using the normal check valve technology, which uses the disc or ball type of closure device that rests on the seating surface of the valve body. In the right direction of flow, the pressure lifts off the closure device from the seating surface, allowing the flow. The instant forward flow slows or reverses, the pressure differential shifts and the closing element seats back firmly, sealing the passage before backflow can develop.

What distinguishes the 300 Series specifically is the seat material and construction tolerance matched to its designated pressure range engineered to reseat cleanly and consistently, cycle after cycle, within the conditions it's rated for.

TARGET APPLICATIONS

Applications

Backflow prevention on standard-duty pump and compressor lines
Instrumentation and sampling line protection within moderate pressure ranges
General process isolation across oil and gas, petrochemical, and general manufacturing
Applications where a cost-effective, reliable check valve is needed without over-specifying for extreme conditions
MANUFACTURING DISCIPLINE

Why Choose Our 300 Series Check Valves

Specifying a heavier-duty valve than a line actually requires just adds cost without adding real benefit. The 300 Series is built specifically for applications that fall within a defined, moderate pressure range, and we manufacture it to perform consistently and reliably within exactly that window not stretched beyond its intended service. Every unit carries the same material traceability and individual pressure testing we apply across our full range, so what you're installing is a valve engineered for its actual job.

However, even when there is the possibility that 300 Series might not be suitable for your line pressure/flow situation, it would be wise to contact our engineering department before making any purchase decisions since this would save you both time and money.
