Our needle valves are manufactured for applications where accurate, incremental flow regulation matters gauge isolation, sampling lines, calibration points, and instrumentation panels where even small flow variations affect downstream readings. We manufacture these across three configurations to match different mounting and installation needs: Round Body, Square Body, and Flanged.
Each valve is built from carefully selected material grades, machined to tight tolerances, and pressure-tested individually before dispatch because a needle valve that leaks past its seat defeats the entire purpose of installing one.
The core of a needle valve is straightforward in concept but demanding in execution. A tapered stem, or "needle," moves into and out of a matching seat as the hand wheel is turned. As the needle advances into the seat, it progressively narrows the flow path; as it retracts, flow increases gradually rather than in a sudden step change. This slow, linear relationship between stem position and flow rate is what makes needle valves so useful for throttling and fine metering you get control, not just on/off switching.
The tight fit between needle and seat also gives these valves a strong shutoff capability once fully closed, which is why they're trusted for gauge isolation duty as much as flow throttling.
Round Body, Square Body, Flanged
Machined from selected material grades suited to instrumentation-grade service
Tapered needle-and-seat design for fine flow control and tight shutoff
Individually pressure-tested before dispatch
Manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 certified processes
For temperature and pressure ratings specific to your application and material grade, our team can confirm exact figures against your project requirement.
A needle valve is a small component with an outsized job if it doesn't seat cleanly or control flow smoothly, your entire instrumentation reading becomes unreliable. We manufacture ours with that responsibility in mind: consistent machining tolerances across every unit, material traceability from procurement through production, and individual testing rather than batch sampling. Whether you need a Round Body needle valve for a compact panel or a Flanged version for a heavier-duty connection, the same quality discipline applies across the range.
In case your project involves a particular configuration or type of materials which is not clear from looking at the item in the catalog that is precisely the information which you should share with us right away.
The difference is primarily in body shape and connection method, which affects mounting space and installation type our team can help match the right configuration to your panel layout.
