Our Quick Release Couplings are manufactured to deliver fast, reliable, and leak-tight connections for hydraulic, pneumatic, and fluid transfer lines. Designed with precision-engineered locking mechanisms and automatic self-sealing valves, these couplings allow operators to make or break fluid lines rapidly without tools and without releasing media into the work area.
Available in single shutoff, double shutoff, and straight-through designs, each coupling is machined to tight tolerances and individually tested before dispatch.
A quick release coupling consists of two main halves: a plug (male nipple) and a socket (female coupler). In a shutoff configuration, internal spring-loaded poppet valves remain sealed when disconnected. When the plug is inserted into the socket, the internal valves push against each other and open automatically, allowing unimpeded fluid flow. Retracting the locking sleeve releases the plug and automatically snaps the valves shut before media can escape.
This instantaneous sealing action prevents spillage, air inclusion, and line depressurization during connection and disconnection cycles.
Single Shutoff, Double Shutoff, Straight-Through
Push-to-connect / sleeve pull-to-release with spring-loaded poppet valves
Machined from instrumentation & process-grade materials (SS 316, SS 304, Brass)
Tested for leak-tight coupling and shutoff before dispatch
Manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 certified processes
Coupling size, end connection, and pressure/temperature ratings are confirmed against your specific fluid or pneumatic line requirements.
A quick release coupling must handle thousands of connection cycles without losing its locking force or suffering valve seat degradation. We manufacture ours with precision hardened locking balls, high-integrity elastomeric seals, and strict dimensional tolerances so every coupling engages smoothly and seals tight, cycle after cycle.
If your application requires specific valve shutoff types or media compatibility, our engineering team can confirm the optimal coupling series for your line.
Single shutoff couplings seal only the socket side upon disconnection, while double shutoff couplings seal both plug and socket sides to prevent spillage from either line.
