Our Panel Mounting Ball Valves bring the same reliable quarter-turn isolation found across our ball valve range into a compact form factor designed specifically for panel installation. Rather than being built for direct inline piping, these valves are configured for mounting onto flat panel surfaces, control cabinets, and instrumentation racks where multiple valves need to align cleanly and operate without interfering with neighbouring components.
The internal mechanism stays consistent with the rest of our ball valve family machined precision, tight tolerance control, and individual pressure testing before dispatch while the external configuration is adapted specifically for panel-based use.
Like every ball valve in our range, the panel mounting variant uses a precision-machined ball with a bored-through passage, seated between two sealing surfaces inside the valve body. Rotating the handle 90 degrees moves the ball between a flow-aligned open position and a fully blocked closed position, with the seats compressing against the ball to maintain a tight seal in the closed state.
What's engineered differently here is the mounting arrangement and handle orientation, both adapted so the valve integrates cleanly into a panel layout allowing operators quick, unobstructed access to the handle even when several valves are mounted close together.
